• Wild Wadi Waterpark ticket sales are final and are 100% non-refundable.
• Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into Wildwadi Waterpark.
• Guests may bring one, 1-liter water bottle per person into the park.
• Please carry a valid photo ID with you.

Important things to know before your visit

• Wild Wadi Waterpark Dress Code: Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. Acceptable swimwear: one-piece/two-piece swimsuit, speedo, rash guard, board shorts and burkini.
• Unacceptable swimwear: abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing and sheer/see-through items or other material deemed inappropriate.
• Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction.

Wild Wadi Waterpark Age and Health Restrictions:

• Wild Wadi Waterpark attractions are not recommended for persons with a history of neck, back, joint or heart problems, or persons overweight or with physically limiting conditions.
• Pregnant women are not allowed on most attractions in the park
• Guests with injuries (casts, bandages, etc.) or contagious diseases are not permitted at the attractions.
• If unaccompanied by an adult, children must be at least 13 years old to enter Wild Wadi Waterpark. To ensure the safety of guests, access to certain rides are restricted to those over 1.2m.
• Luxury cabanas are available for rent
