The quad bike ride is available outside Arabian desert camp, Inside the camp, company reserved tables are only available for Vip Desert Safari guests. Camel ride, Sandboarding, Arabian buffet with unlimited beverages (cold drinks, tea, coffee), Falcon viewing and belly dance are some of the highlights of VIP desert safari in Dubai.

• If you have not any local number, in booking form you can write Hotel Number or you can write Whatsapp Number.
• if you are 6 or 7 persons family or group. Private 4x4 will provide you for Desert Dune Bashing.(Company have a right to change this clause without prior notice)
• Children under 3 years old are free of charge, however, she/he will be sitting on the lap of the parents, and parent will be responsible for them all the time, if in case the parent will be interested in having a baby seat, it will be charged as 1 child rate.
• Our Drivers are Professional & have Desert Safari License.
• Camel Ride, Henna Painting, Arabic Dress Photography & other activities are include (in Evening Desert Safari option).
• BBQ, Dinner, Cold Drinks, Water Bottle, Tea, Fresh Fruits included in this Price. There no any extra charges.(in Evening Desert Safari option)
• we do Pick & Drop from Cruise Terminal Port Rashid Dubai
• we do Pick & Drop in Land Cruiser. All Land Cruisers are Latest Model, Air Conditioner, New & Comfortable Seats.(Company have a right to change this clause without prior notice)
• Whether you are staying in Hotel - Apartment or in Residence anywhere in Dubai & Sharjah. our Driver will come pick you and after Tour drop back you.

Cancelation Policy :

• Refunds may not be processed after the purchase of timed tickets (such as Burj Khalifa Timed Tickets, Train Tickets, Visa Applications etc.)
• All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
• Refunds processed at any time will bear a service charge of 10% per transaction.
• Cancelations made 7 calendar days prior to the tour date Refund: 95% of booking amount
• Cancelations made 5 - 7 days prior to the tour date: Refund: 80% of the booking amount
• Cancelations made 96 hours prior to the tour date: Refund: 0% of the booking amount

Seating policy :

• We reserve the rights on allocation of seating as per availability.
• All tours are operated on SIC / Sharing basis unless requested and confirmed otherwise.

• All our vehicles are fully insured to include passengers in the unlikely event of an accident
